1. Gaia Bijou has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has had a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Gaia Bijou has reasonable ground to suspect that such customer has violated our Terms and Conditions.
2. GAIA BIJOU records evidence of all transactions between GAIA BIJOU and its customers. In the event of a dispute between GAIA BIJOU and one of its customers relating to a transaction conducted on the website, the data recorded by GAIA BIJOU shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.
3. The host server of this website is located in the UK and differences are subject to British law.
4. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall GAIA BIJOU be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
5. Other than as required by applicable consumer protection law or insurance law, if any, in no event will GAIA BIJOU be liable for errors or omissions in this information or for any losses or damages, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential resulting from your use or misuse of, or reliance on, any such information.
6. GAIA BIJOU’s order confirmation and these General Terms and conditions of Sale shall be the final and integrated agreement between GAIA BIJOU and our customers on the matters contained in this General Terms and Conditions of sale.
7. All trademarks, logos and service marks (the "trademarks") which appear on this website are registered and/or unregistered gaia bijou trademarks.  Nothing contained in the website should be construed as granting by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this website without the written permission of gaia bijou.
8. You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely in connection with non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with the website. Unless we give you specific permission in advance, any other use of this website, its content and its information, are strictly prohibited.
9. Availability: Gaia Bijou will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.   In the circumstances that any item a customer selects becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, we will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible.  The customer will have the option to choose another product or cancel their order, unless the order which was made was a multiple order, in which case we will contact  the customer to enquire which part of the order we will ship. The customer will only be charged for the part of the order which is shipped.  Customer may then choose another item to replace the unavailable item, which will be processed as a separate order.
10. Gaia bijou reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the gaiabijou.com website at any time without prior notice.  The customer will be charged the prices displayed on the gaiabijou.com at the time the order was confirmed.
11. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.  However, GAIA BIJOU reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer's credit, charge or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.
12. Details of Returned Regulations: Customers should pay for shipping costs of all returned item(s).  We do not accept refund of the returned item(s) if the postage of the returned items are not pre-paid by our customers.  If customers wish to do so, they could insure the returned item(s).  Please note that GAIA BIJOU is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.  Refund Procedure:  All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted for full refund or exchange*.  The refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on site.  If the exchanged item is greater in value, customer will be charged the difference.  If the exchanged item is less in value, customer will be credited the difference.
13. Reservation of Title: The customer accepts all risk for the goods (including loss, theft, or damage of any order) upon shipment.

*  Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweller other than GAIA BIJOU) cannot be accepted.  Please note that all shipping charges will not be refunded.
