Upon placing an order by customers, an email will be sent to confirm the order by Gaia Bijou within 48 hours. The order will then be processed. We ship our orders internationally. We aim to ship our items within 3 working days. In most cases, we may be able to deliver the order within 10 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. And during special occasions (i.e. Christmas & New Year), please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We use British Royal Mail Service, Poste Italiane or Hong Kong Postal Service as methods of delivery depending on where the items are sent from. Please note, a signature is required upon receipt of order. We ship our orders internationally. Delivery costs depend on the number of items purchased per address. 1st item of each order is £3.50 for shipping worldwide, and a £1.00 charge for each additional item for that order thereafter:
Each of the jewellery items of all Gaia Bijou comes with a plastic shield protective bag, as well as a purple velvet pouch. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase that you received, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or for an exchange of the item(s). However, please note that shipping costs that are already paid by customers during placement of order will not be refunded. Customers can return the item for up to 7 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in original condition and in original packaging. Please contact us by email if any returns are required. An instruction will be given in the form of email upon receipt of confirmation of return. For details of regulations on our Return Policy, please refer to the Terms & Conditions. If you're interested in one of the out-of-stock items, you'd be most welcome to contact us for the availability of such items. The prices of Gaia Bijou products are indicated in British Pound Sterling (£), excluding taxes and shipping costs. At the meantime, we only accept payment made in British Pounds Sterling (£) for our products. However, we would accept various currencies in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We accept payment by credit or debit cards as the followings: credit, debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, and Visa. Products may be shipped directly from our warehouse outside the UK. Customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, please note that Gaia Bijou has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. If needed, or before storing your jewellery away, clean the jewellery with a soft velvet cloth. Keep your jewellery in the pouch provided when not in use, or additionally, put the jewellery in the plastic protective bag before putting it into the pouch. In that way, you can keep them in good condition for years to come. Discolouration on our jewellery is not common. However, we do advise our customers not to spray perfume directly onto the jewellery as it may cause discolouration of the item. Dampness, pool water and sweat may also discolour the jewellery. We're not currently selling items with precious stones on our website. The stones used in our jewellery are diamond simulants which are very close to a diamond in terms of brilliance and dispersion - these are the properties that allow the stone to sparkle. However, we do offer custom-design jewellery service. If you'd like us to design a jewellery piece for you, or additionally to purchase loose diamond or diamond jewellery from us, please do contact us. All our jewellery on the website are sterling silver with rodium plated (white or yellow finished) unless otherwise stated. When an order is placed and a payment is made, the item(s) of the order will be reserved for the customer. However, in the unlikely event of a purchase becoming unavailable after a payment being made, please refer to the Terms & Conditions. CHANGE OF ORDER AND CANCELLATION Customers may change or cancel the order within 12 hours after placing an order on the condition that the order has not been processed. Customers should email Gaia Bijou for a change of order or cancellation request if they wish to do so. Images of products shown on our website are reference only. Colours and shapes of the actual products may differ due to product individualities. However, please be reassured that variations may only occur slightly. If the products ordered do not conform with the original order, or you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the Return Policy.
Please notify us as soon as possible for any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding 30 working days from the shipment date. |
